We live here, too.

We moved to this part of Florida for a number of reasons, but high on the list were the sun, the sand, the ocean, and the activities and experiences this area has to offer for our family. We totally understand why people choose to spend their vacation time here!

Before moving here full-time, we have had one property on the short-term-rental market, managed by a third party. We acquired a second property and placed it on the medium-term-rental market, self-managed from afar. Now that we are local, we are managing these properties ourselves and are adding in a third location. We have many years of experience managing rental properties, and would like to offer our property management services to other owners who are interested in making their homes available for short term and vacation rentals.

We also know that vacation rentals are not always looked at favorably by everyone living in the neighborhood. We live here, too. Their concerns are not unfounded. Because we are local, as property managers we can help both vacationers and neighboring residents have a positive experience.

Nicole is the heart and soul of Cloud 9, and will be leveraging her background in business operations and customer service to ensure a delightful experience for our guests staying with us and for our partners entrusting us with their homes.

Andrew is a "tech guy" by trade, but has an extensive background in maintenance and repair, so he is always around to make sure that properties under management are kept in top shape and vendors fulfill their obligations.
